Once payment is done, we train your laboratory team on the HuQAS Informatics System.

Ordering deadline
Order before the deadline for each test event.
Sample dispatch
Samples are shipped to your laboratory.
Start to end date
Test the samples and enter your results online before the end date.
Interim report
An early view of your results is released.
Final report
Your final evaluation report is published.

Results are evaluated in accordance with ISO 13528:2015, against the consensus of your peers. Each report gives an overall score per program, z-score plots over time and histograms of how your results compare.
Your results are compared with three peer groups
- Instrument Peer
- Results from the same instrument manufacturer, series and model.
- Method Peer
- Results using the same methodology, such as immunoassay or kinetic rate.
- All Method Peer
- Every result submitted for the analyte.
Z-score grading
How far each result sits from the peer consensus, in standard deviations.
- Acceptable
- |z| ≤ 2.0
- Warning signal
- 2.0 < |z| < 3.0
- Not acceptable
- |z| ≥ 3.0
