Registration Fee
· HuQAS Registered Institutions: 1 Complimentary Any Extra Person: Kshs. 1,000.00
· Non Member Institution: Kshs. 2,000.00 per person
· Presenters shall have free registration.

Registration Deadline: 15th October, 2010
All registered delegates will receive confirmation of registration with details of their payment status. Once full payment is received, a receipt will be issued.
Accommodation
HuQAS will not provide accommodation to the conference participants. Delegates are required to secure their own accommodation. Abstracts
Participants are invited to submit abstracts by 30th September, 2010 for the poster - oral summary presentations, for consideration by the Scientific Committee.

Abstracts should focus on the thematic areas of the conference. The Scientific
Committee reserves the right to reject abstracts that do not conform with the following guidelines.
Abstract guidelines:
· All abstracts must be Microsoft Word files
· Abstracts must fit in the margins:- Top: 2 cm Bottom: 2 cm Left: 2 cm Right: 2 cm
· Abstracts must by typed in 12 point Arial font
· Abstracts should include an Introduction/Objectives, Methods, Results and Discussion/Conclusion
· Title should be left justified and in upper case followed with, the author(s) name(s). The name of the author presenting the paper must be underlined
· The line directly after authors should state their organizations’ details
· Abstracts should be submitted via email as a Microsoft Word attachment, by mail or on CD-ROM as a Microsoft Word file, with name and contact details of the presenting author available
· Authors will be advised by email, two weeks after the abstract submission deadline, whether their abstracts have been accepted.
Posters and Oral Presentation Guidelines
· Posters must be no larger than 1.2m x 1.2m.
· Posters can be attached to the display boards with either pins or fasteners, which HuQAS will provide.
· Delegates are asked to set up their posters in the display area during the registration periods
· Delegates should be present at their posters during the break immediately before the session in which they will be presented. This gives the presenter the opportunity to discuss his/her working depth with other delegates.
· Delegates may use no more than ten slides per oral summary, presented as Microsoft PowerPoint slides to be projected with a multi-media projector.
